What we do

Hope Courses offers courses dedicated to helping you develop the skills you need to create, maintain, and grow HOPE in your life.

 Hope Courses also supports iFred, a 501c3 working to teach kids hope around the world. 

 When you visit our website or become part of our subscribers, followers, or supporters, you’ll have access to all information about our materials, contents, and courses.


Hope Courses Name

We own all right, title and interest in and to the name “Hope Courses” and its associated materials, contents, and courses. You agree that all goodwill associated with your use of the name and materials of “Hope Courses” will insure to the benefit of the “Hope Courses”.  You agree to use the name “Hope Courses” solely in accordance with our instructions. You agree that you will not make “Hope Courses” part of the name of a website or social media site without our prior written permission. You cannot use the name “Hope Courses” to collect donations or raise funds for your own benefit. 


Site Ownership and License to contents and courses

We own all right, title and interest in and to the content on the website, including, but not limited to text, photographs, illustrations, images, designs, graphics, videos, audio, curriculums, workbooks, research, courses, any and all derivative works or enhancements of the content. Use of this website does not grant you any right or interest in the website or the content.  If you provide us with photographs (e.g. a picture of you or your school or community participating in any of the courses of the Hope Courses), you grant us a right to reproduce and publish that photograph on our site, newsletters, blogs, and our social media accounts.

Controlling law & Jurisdiction 

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.  The courts of Nevada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder and you hereby consent to said jurisdiction and waive any right you may have to object to said jurisdiction.
